This policy explains what happens to information you send us through this website, WhatsApp or email. Last updated 17 September 2026.
What we collect
We only hold what you send us. Depending on how you contact us, that can include your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and the project details you describe — colour, sizes, quantities, delivery port and timeline.
This website carries no advertising trackers and no advertising cookies. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregated visit data — it does not identify individual visitors or build profiles of them.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quotation.
- To confirm slab availability, send photographs and arrange samples.
- To process, pack and ship an order you place.
- To keep in touch about your enquiry and any subsequent order.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to fulfil your enquiry or order — for example a freight forwarder, shipping line or inspection company. If a third-party inspection or testing body needs your specification to issue a report, we will tell you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially useful to you and us, and then for as long as we are required to keep transaction records. If you would like your correspondence deleted, ask us and we will delete it unless we are legally obliged to retain it.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms and is not stored on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
